Anthony is an ordained minister and graduate of Southwestern Assemblies of God University. Anthony’s passions in ministry are evangelism, discipleship, and demonstrating the power and love of God. Even as a kid, he would organize various outreaches from his family home; from these performances he and his family would see kids brought out of various religions to become disciples of Christ. This passion for evangelism and public speaking has continued with him today. When he speaks, he enjoys the topics of; fulfilling destiny, passion for Jesus, God’s infinite grace, and the life of David.

On a more personal level:

Despite being raised in a high-crime neighborhood, Anthony believes it was tougher growing up being the only boy in the house with his 3 sisters and mom! Despite contrary opinion (from his sisters or friends), Anthony IS NOT a “germ-a-phobe”… but he does believe in being “hygienic”. He keeps a regular workout routine and enjoys being active. As a true sports fan, he enjoys watching but mostly playing; as athletics were a big part of his life. Anthony enjoys baking and grilling as alternate ways of relaxing, and when reading, he enjoys classic Christian books the most. Finally, if he could be remembered for one thing, it would be that he was passionate about God and relentlessly pursued deeper intimacy with Him.

FAVORITE BOOKS

Q: What are three of your favorite books?

A:

  1. God's Pursuit of Man, by A.W. Tozer
  2. The Pursuit of God, by: A.W. Tozer
  3. After God's Own Heart, by: Mike Bickle

SUPERPOWER

Q: If you could have one superpower what would it be?

A: I'd take Superman's. He's always been my favorite since I was 4. My favorite color is blue because of him. He was selfless and compassionate, and always strived to do the right thing. The only thing I would do different is build myself a suit that would protect against kryptonite!

DAYS OFF

Q: On your days off what can people most likely find you doing?

A: My day's off are often spent: going to the gym (I know...it may not look like it, but I do go!), hanging out with friends, laying low, and sometimes just traveling home after a ministry trip

STARBUCKS

Q: What is your favorite thing to get at Starbucks?

A: I don’t go to Starbucks too much.

ONE MORE

Q: Tell us one thing most people don't know about you.

A: I hate sad movies...I refuse to watch anything that is going to make me sad at the end of it. Specifically when you leave feeling hopeless...when there isn't some sort of redemptive message. There is enough sadness in the world... I refuse to watch it for entertainment.
